In order to reset your password you need to contact the call centre at 0861 111 300 (24h)

My card was lost or stolen, what can I do?2019-07-30T13:05:55+02:00

One of the options on the menu is to change your card status. If your card is lost or have been stolen, go to the USSD string and change you card status. Once you have changed your status go to your account manager, he will provide you with a new card. You can activate your card through your USSD string or by contacting the call centre at 0861 111 300 (24h)

Guardians must take a card as we require someone older than 18 for FICA.

I keep receiving a time out error when using the USSD string2019-07-30T13:09:14+02:00

Please note that the USSD string will time out after 15 seconds of there is no activity on the string
